Yes. Upgrade and the new features unlock instantly — we prorate the difference for the rest of your billing period. Downgrade and the change takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep paid features until then.
Nothing is deleted. Your full history is preserved on our side — Free just limits the visible window to the last 7 days and pauses Pro features like forecasting and AI insights. Re-upgrade and everything reappears exactly as it was, with no data loss.
Every account gets a 15-day Pro trial — no card required up front. We send a reminder before it ends, and you're never auto-charged without your say-so. If you do nothing, you simply drop to the Free plan.
