LockIn90 is a personalized energy & recovery analytics product for athletes, quantified-self enthusiasts and performance professionals. It connects to the wearables people already use — Oura, WHOOP, Apple Health, Android Health Connect and Garmin — and combines that signal with fast, three-tap logging of caffeine, training, sleep and stress.
The result is one daily energy score from 0–100, a 34-point curve mapping each person's real high and low windows, and full attribution: every point up or down is traced to a cause. The model calibrates to each individual over roughly 30 days, using personal baselines rather than population averages. LockIn90 is available on the web and as native iOS and Android apps. It is a performance and recovery insights tool, not a medical device.
The person behind LockIn90.
LockIn90 is a one-person company — designed, built and shipped by a single founder-engineer.
Oleksandr Myronenko is the founder and sole engineer of LockIn90. He designs the product, writes the backend and the energy model, builds the web and mobile apps, and runs the infrastructure — the whole stack, one person.
A long-time quantified-self practitioner and lifter, he built LockIn90 to answer a question his wearable never could: not just what my recovery is, but why — and what one thing to change today.
