We're hiring · remote-first

Build the performance OS.

We turn raw wearable signals into one number that explains why your energy is what it is. It's hard, unglamorous, deeply technical work — and it changes how people spend their days. LockIn90 is a one-person company today; these are the first roles I'm hiring for, and you'd be employee #1.

Why we exist

Time-poor people deserve to treat health as wealth.

Serious people — powerlifters, founders, surgeons, parents — don't have hours to spend decoding their own physiology. So most just guess, push through, and burn out a little every afternoon.

LockIn90 reads your wearable, models the real drivers, and hands you one number and the why behind it before noon. We're early, profitable on every paid plan, and building the system we wish existed.

Work that actually ships

Small team, short path from idea to production. Your code is in athletes' hands within the week — no committees, no theater.

Hard, real problems

Personalized physiological modeling, effect generators, p-values that gate features. Engineering with scientific rigor, not vibes.

Founder-direct, zero layers

No managers, no committees — you work straight with the founder. As employee #1 you'll shape culture, not inherit it. High trust, high autonomy, real ownership.

A product you'd use

We're our own power users. The roadmap is shaped by people who track HRV, RPE and caffeine cutoffs because they actually care.

Perks & benefits

We invest in your energy, too.

The product is about protecting your best hours. We'd be hypocrites not to do the same for the people building it.

Remote-first, async

Work from wherever you do your best thinking. We default to writing, not meetings, and respect every timezone equally.

Meaningful equity

Everyone owns a real piece of what we're building, on a standard 4-year vest. When LockIn90 wins, you win with it.

Health & wellness stipend

$2,400/yr for health insurance top-ups, therapy, a gym, coaching — whatever keeps your body and mind in good shape.

Hardware & wearables budget

Top-spec laptop, your desk setup, and a wearable on us — Oura, WHOOP, Garmin or Apple Watch. You should live in the product.

Learning budget

$1,500/yr for books, courses and conferences, plus paid time to use it. We hire curious people and keep them curious.

Protected focus time

No-meeting Wednesdays, generous PTO with a 3-week floor we actually enforce, and a culture that treats deep work as sacred.

How we operate

The values we actually hire and fire on.

Not poster slogans — these are the things we screen for in interviews and reinforce in reviews.

01 · Show your work

The product refuses to be a black box, and so do we. Decisions are written down, reasoning is shared, and "trust me" is never an argument.

02 · Rigor over vibes

We gate features behind p-values and ship calibrated, not just plausible. If we can't measure it, we're honest that we're guessing.

03 · Respect the user's time

Three taps, one number, one reason. Every feature has to earn its complexity. We delete more than we add.

04 · Privacy is non-negotiable

This is health data. We encrypt it, k-anonymize cohorts, never sell it, and design like our own families are on the platform.

05 · Default to ownership

See a problem, own the fix — end to end. Titles describe focus, not fences. Nobody here says "not my job."

06 · Strong opinions, loosely held

Argue hard for the best idea, then commit fully even if it wasn't yours. Ego is the most expensive thing on a small team.

Meet the team

Right now, the team is one person.

LockIn90 is a one-person company today — founder Oleksandr Myronenko. These are the first roles I'm hiring for, so whoever joins is employee #1.

FOUNDER & SOLE ENGINEER

I designed, built and run all of LockIn90 myself — backend, web, mobile, the energy models and the production systems. It's deliberately a company of one, kept small enough to stay honest.

Joining as employee #1 isn't a cog in a machine — it's helping pick which machine we build. You'll work founder-direct, own a whole surface end to end, and set the bar for everyone who comes after you.

I'm hiring my first teammates, not my hundredth. If you want outsized ownership and a short path from idea to athletes' hands, this is it.
Life at LockIn90

Remote-first, built to last the distance.

Remote doesn't mean lonely, and async doesn't mean slow. Here's the shape of a normal week.

Write first. Big decisions start as a doc. Anyone can read the reasoning and push back, on their own clock.

Two syncs a week. One demo, one planning — founder-direct. The rest of the week is yours to actually build, deep and uninterrupted.

Ship & show. Friday demos celebrate what shipped — a model improvement, a screen, a fixed bug. Progress over polish theater.

Meet IRL twice a year. As the team grows, we'll meet up to plan, lift, eat well and remember there are humans behind the pull requests.

'Show your work' isn't a slogan here — every model change ships with the stats to back it. As employee #1 you won't inherit that culture; you'll help write it.
